Built by a doctor, for licensed clinicians

Diabetic retinopathy screening, in seconds.

Alati is Nabeeh's first product. Upload a retinal photograph and get a referable / not-referable result with an image-quality check and a PDF report — a screening aid that supports your clinical judgement.

Free plan: 5 scans a day. No card needed.

How Alati works

Three steps, one result you can act on

Designed for clinics and screening programmes that capture fundus photographs and need a fast first read.

  1. Step 1

    Upload a fundus photo

Any standard colour fundus photograph from a retinal camera, straight from your browser.

  2. Step 2

    Automatic quality check

Photos too dark, blurred or ungradable are flagged instead of being read, so you know when to retake.

  3. Step 3

    Result and PDF report

A referable / not-referable result in seconds, saved to your scan history with a downloadable report.

Measured performance

Tested on images it never saw in development

Retrospective evaluation on 3,662 retinal photographs from an independent public dataset.

Figures come from a retrospective study on standard fundus-camera images. Smartphone photographs have not been validated. Real-world performance depends on image quality and the population screened. Alati is a screening aid, not a replacement for a full eye examination.

Built for clinical use

Clear about what it is — and what it isn't

For licensed clinicians

Accounts are for licensed medical professionals. Every result is reviewed by the treating clinician, who makes the clinical decision.

Images are not stored

Photographs are processed in memory and discarded after screening. They are never saved to disk or used to train models.

Decision support, not diagnosis

Alati flags who should be referred. It does not diagnose and does not give medical advice to patients.

Regulatory status: Alati has not yet received regulatory clearance (such as FDA, CE or Ministry of Health approval) in any jurisdiction. It is offered as a pre-approval screening aid for use within a clinician's own professional judgement.
